The Council of The Village of Grand Rapids convened in regular session from 7:30 P.M. to 7:56 P.M. in the Grand Rapids Town Hall. Mayor Judy Keifer called the meeting to order with the following members and visitors present:

MINUTES:
Erdody made a motion, seconded by Hutchison, to approve the minutes of the
November 8th, 2010 meeting.

Hutchison made a motion, seconded by Erdody, to pay the bills dated November 9th
thru November 22, 2010.

ADMINISTRATOR'S REPORT:
The Administrator gave his report. A copy will be attached to the original
minutes.
FISCAL OFFICER'S REPORT:
The Fiscal Officer explained the Supplemental Appropriation needed for income
tax refunds issued by the Central Collection Agency exceeded the estimate.
Erdody, on Council's behalf, acknowledged the supplemental appropriation that
was submitted for approval.
READING OF COMMUNICATIONS:
The Mayor read a thank you from Chuck Thomas pertaining to the Applebutter.
COMMITTEES:
The Mayor reminded Council of a Committee of the Whole meeting on December 7th
at 7:00 pm at the Administration Building regarding properties to include the
Blue Bell area, Pirate's Park, and the new shelter.
ORDINANCES:
The Fiscal Officer gave a third and final reading for Resolution 2010-9
- A Resolution authorizing the Village Administrator to file an application with
the Ohio Department of Natural Resources for Financial Assistance through the
Recreational Trails Program and/or the Clean Ohio Trails Funds.
Hutchison made a motion, seconded by Erdody, for passage of Resolution 2010-9.

The Fiscal Officer gave a second reading for Resolution 2010-10 A Resolution Approving the Adopted Revised Draft of the Wood County Solid Waste Management Plan
The Fiscal Officer gave a second reading for Ordinance 2010-6 2011 Annual Appropriations.
COMMENTS:
Hutchison requested the status on the benches in front of the store by the
pizza shop. He was advised that a letter was sent.

The meeting was adjourned. The next scheduled meeting is December 13, 2010 at
7:30 P.M. at the Grand Rapids Town Hall.
