Erdody made a motion, seconded by Lewis, to approve the minutes of the October
11th meeting as presented.

MAYOR'S REPORT:
Reminded Council that Trick-or-Treat is on October 30th from 5:00 - 6:30, with
the parade lining up at 7:00 pm in the Pisanellos parking lot.
Scout Troop 325 was picking up litter on October 13th after the Applebutter
Fest. A letter and certificate is being sent to the Scouts in appreciation.
ADMINISTRATOR'S REPORT:
The Administrator gave his report. A copy will be attached to the official
minutes.
Hutchison made a motion, seconded by Erdody, to authorize the Administrator to purchase the needed equipment as listed for the shop.

Berry made a motion, seconded by Williams, to move forward with item #3 approval for crack sealing on the streets.

READING OF COMMUNICATIONS:
The Mayor read a letter requesting a meeting with the Trustees.
COMMITTEES:
Utilities Committee - Hutchison gave his report on the October 14th Utility
Committee meeting. A copy will be attached to the official minutes. He also
mentioned the SAL would like to repaint the canon at the flagpole site.
Hutchison made a motion, seconded by Berry, to ask Mayor, Administrator, and Solicitor to begin communications with NW Water and Sewer regarding the distribution of water within Grand Rapids' water service area.

Committee of the Whole - The Mayor requested a Committee of the Whole meeting for buildings, parks, properties, and maintenance. A meeting was set for Tuesday, December 7th, 2010 at 7:00 pm at the Town Hall.
ORDINANCES:
The Fiscal Officer gave a first reading to Resolution 2010-9 - A Resolution
authorizing the Village Administrator to file an application with the Ohio
Department of Natural Resources for Financial Assistance through the
Recreational Trails Program and/or the Clean Ohio Trails Funds.
NEW BUSINESS:
Hoffman will check with Mr. Marsh regarding the T-Shirt shop and what can be
done regarding items displayed in the windows. He will also look at the benches
in front of the shop across the alley from the pizza shop (the old Willows).
COMMENTS:
Hutchison requested to sign out one of the Ordinance Books.

The meeting was adjourned. The next scheduled meeting is November 8, 2010 at
