The Council of The Village of Grand Rapids convened in regular session from 7:30 P.M. to 8:20 P.M. in the Grand Rapids Town Hall. Mayor Judy Keifer called the meeting to order with the following members and visitors present:

MINUTES:
Erdody made a motion, seconded by Hutchison to accept the minutes as presented
of the September 13, 2010 meeting.

Hutchison made a motion, seconded by Erdody, to pay the bills dated September

MAYOR'S REPORT:
The Mayor requested an executive session towards the end of the meeting to
discuss personnel.
ADMINISTRATOR'S REPORT:
The Administrator gave his report. A copy will be attached to the official
minutes.
7:37 - Williams arrived.
Hoffman requested the Parks Committee to check the area on the s/w corner of Bridge Street and the landscaped area.
Rutter & Dudley gave us a price of $4500.00 to pave the west side of West Street south of Third Street.

Berry made a motion, seconded by Hutchison, to remove overgrown brush on s/w
corner of Lincoln Street Bridge.

Parking passes went out in the mail.
EXECUTIVE SESSION:
Hutchison made a motion, seconded by Erdody, to go into executive session for
personnel reasons to include Council, the Mayor, the Fiscal Officer, and the
Village Administrator.

Hutchison made a motion, seconded by Erdody, to return to regular session.

Erdody requested a Sidewalk Committee meeting. One was scheduled for Thursday,
September 30, 2010 at 7:15 pm at the Administration Building to discuss
sidewalks.
