A RESOLUTION TO TRANSFER FUNDS INTO THE SEWER RENTAL FUND

WHEREAS, The Village of Grand Rapids collects wastewater usage fees for the Northwest Water & Sewer District.

WHEREAS, the Village of Grand Rapids collects a processing fee from the Northwest Water & Sewer District.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF GRAND RAPIDS, COUNTY OF WOOD, STATE OF OHIO:

SECTION 1: That the monthly processing fee collected from Northwest Water & Sewer District be transferred from the Northwest Water & Sewer District Fund number 9901 in to the Sewer Rental Fund number 5201.

SECTION 2: Council declares this Resolution to be an emergency measure immediately necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health, safety, welfare; such emergency arising out of the necessity to manage the revenue records for the Village accounts. Wherefore, this Resolution shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and approval by the Mayor
