A RESOLUTION INDICATING SERVICES THE VILLAGE OF GRAND RAPIDS 
WILL PROVIDE UPON ANNEXATION OF THE JEFFERS PROPERTY 
GENERALLY KNOWN AS 23439 WEST RIVER ROAD

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF GRAND RAPIDS, COUNTY OF WOOD, STATE OF OHIO:

SECTION 1: That the Village Grand Rapids will provide municipal water and sewer services to the Jeffers property located generally at 23439 West River Road upon annexation, and will provide police protection pursuant to the Village contract for the provision of same as for all other residents of the Village, and will provide snow plowing and periodic special refuse removal, along with all other services available to residents of the Village of Grand Rapids, Ohio.

SECTION 2: This resolution shall take effect at the earliest time permitted by law.
