A RESOLUTION TO OFFICIALLY NAME 
THE PARK LAND LOCATED ON WEST SECOND STREET

WHEREAS, The Village has purchased land located on West Second Street;

WHEREAS, this park land will be enjoyed by the citizenry and visitors of this Village for many years;

NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Council of the Village of Grand Rapids, County of Wood, State of Ohio, that:

SECTION 1: That the new park land located at West Second Street and Wapakoneta Road be hereafter officially named the Pirates Memorial Park.

SECTION 2: This resolution shall take effect and be in full force from and after the earliest period allowed by law.
