A RESOLUTION AMENDING APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE 2009-8

A resolution amending the appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures of the Village of Grand Rapids, State of Ohio, during the period beginning January 1, 2010 and ending December 31, 2010.

NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Village of Grand Rapids, County of Wood, State of Ohio, that

SECTION 1: That line item 2071-910-910 Income Tax Transfers Out of Ordinance 2009-8 be amended to read as follows:

2071-910-910 Transfers Out $162,800

SECTION 2: The Total Income Tax Fund Appropriation shall be $206,620. Therefore, the total 2010 Appropriations shall be $2,072,950.

SECTION 3: This resolution is declared to be an emergency measure. The reason for the emergency being the need to bring the ordinance into compliance with Ohio Revised Code, Section 5705.39, that the total appropriation from each fund do not exceed the Official Estimate of Resources.
