ORDINANCE ACCEPTING ANNEXATION OF THE
JEFFERS PROPERTY GENERALLY KNOWN AS 23439
STATE ROUTE 65 RECENTLY APPROVED BY THE BOARD
OF WOOD COUNTY COMMISSIONERS, AND ESTABLISHING
INTERIM ZONING OF R-1 FOR SAID PROPERTY.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF GRAND RAPIDS, OHIO:

SECTION 1: That the real property generally known as 23439 State Route 65, Grand Rapids, Wood County, Ohio, more fully described on the exhibit attached hereto and made a part hereof, is hereby accepted for annexation to the Village.

SECTION 2: That the property is hereby assigned R-1 residential zoning until further action of this Council.

SECTION 3: This Ordinance shall take effect at the earliest time permitted by law.
