A RESOLUTION AMENDING APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE 2010-6

A resolution amending the appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures of the Village of Grand Rapids, State of Ohio, during the period beginning January 1, 2011 and ending December 31, 2011.

    NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Village of Grand Rapids, County of Wood, State of Ohio, that

    SECTION 1: That line item 2071-910-910 Income Tax Transfers Out of Ordinance 2010-6 be amended to read as follows:

            2071-910-910 Transfers Out - $170,880.00

    SECTION 2: The Total Income Tax Fund Appropriation shall be $216,000.

    SECTION 3: That line item 2101-800-555 Other Operations & Maintenance of Ordinance 2010-6 be amended as follows:

            2101-800-555-0000 Other Operations and Maintenance - $26,600

    SECTION 4: The Total Permissive Tax Fund Appropriation shall be $26,600.

    SECTION 5: That line item 2401-130-369-0000 Contractual Services of Ordinance 2010-6 be amended to read as follows:

            2401-130-369-0000 Contractual Services - $20,500

    SECTION 6: The Total Street Lights Fund Appropriation shall be $20,500.

    Therefore, the total 2011 Appropriations shall be $2,152,530.

    SECTION 7: This resolution is declared to be an emergency measure. The reason for the emergency being the need to bring the ordinance into compliance with Ohio Revised Code, Section 5705.39, that the total appropriation from each fund do not exceed the Official Estimate of Resources.
